The West Coast loves their Mexican food, that much is for sure, but yesterday, I got to experience what is, in my opinion, the best Mexican chain out there (yes, better than Chiptole AND Qdoba AND Neato. Well, maybe not Neato.). Poquito Mas, the "original Baja taco stand" has a local down in Burbank and is a cute little open air place with counter service and a few tables set up on a patio. They make their tortillas fresh and their burritos fresher. I had the traditional burrito with carnitas and it was off the charts. I will definitely be heading back down for MAS Poquito Mas.
